At Stage and Screen FX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional makeup and special effects supplies. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; due to hygiene standards, used cosmetics cannot be returned.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Carefully pack the items in a sturdy box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship and Process
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
